David Bivin, 62, is founder and director of Jerusalem Perspective, an independent Christian ministry in Jerusalem, Israel. [more...]

David is a member of the Jerusalem School of Synoptic Research, a think tank made up of Jewish and Christian scholars dedicated to better understanding the Synoptic Gospels (Matthew, Mark and Luke).

David has lived in Israel since 1963, when he came to Jerusalem to do postgraduate work at the Hebrew University where he remained until 1969 studying Jewish history and literature.

David is the author of Understanding the Difficult Words of Jesus, two Hebrew courses and numerous articles.
